2018 was a year of change for Alpamare, situated on Lake Zurich in Switzerland.
In summer it launched ‘Jungle Run’, the longest closed race slide in Europe. 2 joint slides measuring 220 metres long provide a unique opportunity to race against the clock and your family and friends.
Additionally, its wave pool enjoyed a face-lift. Palm trees and real tropical plants were added, creating a totally tropical atmosphere around the pool.
In 2018 work also began on theming the start and finish of the water slides on the different floor levels and work continues on this during 2019. The Jungle theming launches the visitors into a world of mystery and adventure.
Also new tiling on the ground floor is taking place, giving a contemporary look to the park. These improvements, renovation of various structures and a new lighting concept completes the up-lift of the whole premises. Who said you had to travel far to experience the jungle?
